Welcome to the official website of the United Fire Company, Montrose, PA. Organized fire protection has proudly been serving the Montrose area since 1847.

We are located at 72 Monument Square in Montrose Borough, right in the county seat of Susquehanna County. Our organization serves the Borough of Montrose and Bridgewater Townships in their entirety, and covers portions of Dimock, Franklin, and Jessup Townships as well as surrounding communities through extensive mutual aid.

Our organization is comprised of 60 members providing fire and rescue services as well as serving on the Susquehanna County Decon Team for hazmat services. We average over 300 calls to service annually. We are always looking for new members to join our team.
